I am here to help you address the critical issues in your life to bring you peace and connection with those around you. My specialties include infidelity counseling, betrayal trauma counseling, couples sexuality, marital/couple conflict, and premarital counseling. My couples counseling emphasizes tools for developing communication, deepening intimacy, and resolving power struggles. I work with clients to understand each person’s unique perspective on their relational dynamics and the conflicts occurring within. 

As a trauma-informed couples therapist, I use various counseling methods such as the Gottman Method, Sex Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy to help reconnect couples and restore intimacy. I am passionate about helping you find your voice when difficult experiences and emotions create barriers to relating to your partner. My goal is to help my clients heal by better recognizing and working through core issues and dysfunctional patterns.

Currently, I am a candidate for certification as a Certified Sex Therapist. I am a member of the Texas Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, as well as the American Counseling Association. Married since 1993 to my high school sweetheart, we have three beautiful daughters and three nutty dachshunds that follow us around. My experience, warmth, and acceptance bring a strong working relationship to meet each of my client’s needs.
